Start your day with precepts in the morning
Follow the daily routine as given below
*Heedfulness is the Deathless path, heedlessness, the path to death. Those who are heedful do not die, heedless are like the dead.* (Dhammapada 21)
Watch and read along Refuges, precepts and Dhammapada verses.
सौ साल तक अनैतिक और अनियंत्रित जीवन जीने की अपेक्षा एक दिन सदाचारी और ध्यानपूर्ण जीवन जीना बेहतर है (धम्मपद 110)
त्रिसरण, शील और धम्मपद गाथाएं देखें और साथ में पढे (सुबह).
Sit for a minimum of 30 mins after the precepts , longer the better. Plan to sit in evening or during the day again for minimum 30 mins
Be happy and keep smiling all day 😊. Smiling will help you keep your mind lite. 😀
Practice walking meditation at least once a day. Its time should be 20-30 minutes
Listen to the Dhamma talk for the day in the evening or according to your time.
Just before going to bed make a determination to wake up with a smile tomorrow.
धम्म चर्चा / प्रवचन शाम को या अपने समय के अनुसार सुनें
प्रवचन के बाद कम से कम तीस मिनट फिर ध्यान करें.
सोने से ठीक पहले संकल्प लें कि कल मुस्कुराहट के साथ उठेंगे।
